Under Bill 168/Bill 132 (Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan) organizations are required to amend policies and procedures with respect to sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence and related matters. Policies, procedures and training must meet the updated legislated standards. Inspectors have the power to order an employer to have investigations conducted by a third party (at the employers expense).

POLICY & PROCEDURE MANUAL - $2,500.00 (plus HST)

Under Bill 148 organizations are required to update polices and procedures to meet the revised ESA Regulations. A well written policy manual is an essential management tool. Ever changing employment standards legislation, amendments to the human rights code, combined with raised expectations from a corporate governance standpoint emphasize the importance of having effective policies and procedures.  Developing and introducing an effective policy manual will allow an organization to standardize policies and procedures resulting in fair and equitable employment practices.  


Integral HR is a recognized 'Third Party Trainer' under the COJG program.  The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides an opportunity for employers to invest in their workforce, with help from the government.  The Job Grant provides direct financial support to individual employers who wish to provide training for their employees. Funding is available to small, medium and large businesses with a plan to deliver short-term training to existing and new employees, and provides:

•Provide up to $10,000 in government support per person for training costs.

•Require employers to contribute one-third of the total costs. There will be additional flexibility for small businesses to provide an in-kind contribution towards their share of the costs.

•Require training to be delivered by an eligible, third-party trainer such as Integral HR!
